Click below for everything you need to ensure their journey starts strong!

1. Welcome Them Personally

Reach out with a warm welcome and let them know you’re here to support them on their journey.

2. Guide Them to Resources

Direct them to LearnPatching.com, especially the "Getting Started" are for tips, and all the information they need to understand their patches and get started. Be a tour guide and take them through the webpage!

3. Help Them Get Set Up

Walk them through their back office, setting up an autoship, placing next first order, how to upgrade (and get a free sleeve of patches!) and printing out the Health Tracker to monitor their progress.

4. Connect Them to the Community

Invite them to join our Facebook Group and other supportive spaces where they can ask questions, learn from others, and stay inspired. Remember- we have 2 groups. General information on health and patching where all are welcome: Beyond the Wave, Patch me up Scotty. Also, if they have interest in sharing, Builders Group.

5. Introduce the Member Hub

Show them how to access the Members Hub, (HERE on this website) where they can explore exclusive training resources for both personal use and sharing.

6. Encourage Them to Track and Share

Help them keep an eye on their progress with patches and teach them how to share their experience authentically with others.

7. Check In Regularly

Follow up to answer questions, offer encouragement, and make sure they’re feeling confident as they get started!

With these simple steps, you’ll help your new member feel supported and set them on the path to success. Let’s build something amazing together!
